Challenge  

Train bank tellers and supervisors in hundreds of branches nation-wide to use a proprietary customer account management application.
   
Solution  
Develop computer-based training that simulates the SS1 application.  These simulations include the ability to process customer deposits and withdrawals, issue traveler’s checks and cashier’s checks and process IRA deposits and distributions. The CBT also includes a mastery test to ensure user performance.
